Platform SDKがインストールできない

CoreSDKをインストールしようとすると、警告メッセージ。

１行目の文でググった結果でわかったこと：
C:/Program Files/Microsoft SDKディレクトリを手で作ってから
実行すると、インストールできるようになった。
なんか他のVCがいっぱい入ってたからじゃましてんのかと思って、いろいろ消しちゃった・・


8/25　追記
だめ。上記dir/include/winnt.hがみえないよ、みたいなコンパイルエラーが出るので
ちゃんとインストールできてないぽい。
あきらめて、別のマシンで構築。終了。
